Imagine turning every step into a walk of hope. That’s exactly what we’re doing this May.

Introducing Poppy Walks: Minutes for Mission 25

THE MISSION
We’re walking a designated number of minutes May 1-25, 2025, to support Mission 25’s incredible work transforming lives through prevention, recovery and support for Mission 25 Shelter Services, Mission 25 Recovery Engagement Center, Mission 25 Supportive Housing, and Mission 25 Miami Village Community Center.

WHY MISSION 25?
Mission 25 empowers individuals to break free from negative patterns and achieve long-lasting positive change in their lives. They’re providing hope for a whole region.

Since they’ve built a new building that’s three times the size of the current shelter services, they need to make the building a home. With a vision and mission we believe in, we are walking to make a donation for Mission 25 to use where they need it most.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Dates: May 1-25, 2025
  • Minutes per day
  • Pick a day on the calendar and pledge that much money.
    Example: May 11, Poppy and Kennedy will mindfully walk 11 minutes for Mission 25. By May 25, they will walk 25 minutes.
  • Donate more than just one day and they’ll double up!
    Two pledges for May 25 is 50 minutes of intentional walking!
  • Donate through Venmo, PayPal or directly to Mission 25 with the Memo “Poppy Walks”
  • Goal: $400
